Project Manager

Join our team as a Project Manager and take charge of ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering projects that are on schedule, within budget, and of the highest quality. As the bridge between our company and clients, you will develop and maintain strong relationships by promptly addressing their needs and concerns. We are seeking a self-motivated individual with a passion for event production, execution, and logistics, who thrives in a fast-paced competitive industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Manage exhibition projects from production to completion, ensuring adherence to schedule, quality, and budget.
● Lead pre-production meetings to align expectations.
● Develop project schedules, generate work orders, and address any construction or material-related questions.
● Attend client meetings and promptly resolve any emerging issues.
● Identify current and future customer service requirements.
● Cultivate client relationships, analyze their programs, and determine new objectives.
● Oversee all aspects of client accounts, including contract closure, report preparation, and exhibit setups.
● Attend public relations requirements and stay updated on industry trends.
● Assist with recruitment, training, and people management for program execution.
● Source and manage relationships with key vendors, ensuring project success within budget.
● Procure permits, documents, and necessary paperwork for events.
● Meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, report on key accounts, and make timely decisions.
● International travel required.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

● 3+ years of experience in the live events industry, specializing in trade show booths and brand activations.
● Valid passport and US Visa.
● Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
● Strong verbal and written communication, project management, and prioritization skills.
● Proficiency in creating and managing budgets.
● Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office.
● Ability to thrive under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to unforeseen circumstances.
● Fluent in English (100%).
● Willingness to work nonstandard hours and weekends as required.
● Self-starter with excellent organization skills and a hunger for knowledge.
● Creative and forward-thinking mindset.
● Strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude.
